The latest in this series is an ode to the Rocky Mountains where I grew up. Hopefully it speaks to your local mountain habitats as well!
 
The model is stitched on 40 count "Dirty Clothes" linen from xJudesigns. Stitch count is 101 x 80. The model is finished with Mushroom velveteen and Bear chenille, both from Lady Dot Creates.
 
Note: I used quite a few overdyed threads in this (including some particularly lovely Cottage Garden Threads), because it was originally designed for a stitchers' guild kit. I wouldn't normally call for overdyed threads in such small stitching quantities, but it was a treat to play with the color variegation to get different effects. And if you'd like the stitch count for each of those colors just let me know - you could put together small thread packs for your customers using portions of the full skeins.
